Miritz-Bailey Real Estate offers a personal real estate experience in Santa Cruz County. Longtime agents Linda Bailey and Rick Miritz have partnered together to raise the standard of agents and quality of service for the housing market in their community. The Miritz-Bailey partnership was founded on like-minded values and principles. The brand is not just business, it is about doing the right thing and taking care of their clients.
Linda Bailey has 24 years of experience as a sales agent in Santa Cruz County; her initial claim to fame in the community was her luxurious beachfront properties. The Bailey family is deeply ingrained in the Bay Area and is well known for their service as firefighters; just like her husband and daughter, Linda is a fighter. The Bailey brand symbolizes hard work, and tremendous experience; Linda supports her clients to no end.
Rick Miritz, and his wife Dr. Jennifer Schreck, moved to Santa Cruz over two decades ago. Since then, he has rooted himself in the community not only as a real estate broker, but also as a basketball coach, soccer coach, little league coach, and sports booster. The most significant attributing factor to Rick’s success is his “straight-shooting” approach, which highlights his transparency and integrity with the goal of putting his clients first.
